These terms apply to your use of this website and the free resources on it. Toolkit purchases are completed through our checkout provider and are additionally subject to that provider’s terms.

Using this website

You may use this site and its free resources for your own organisation’s readiness work, including internally within your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute or publish our materials as your own, or use them to build a competing resource.

The nature of the content

Everything here is preparation guidance. It is not legal advice, not an audit, not an assessment, and not a substitute for the official documentation published by the bodies that own the frameworks we discuss.

We distinguish throughout between official framework information, industry good practice, and ISAREADY recommendations. Always verify official requirements against the current official source before relying on them.

No guarantee of outcomes

Use of ISAREADY resources does not guarantee a TISAX assessment result, a TISAX label, an ISO certification, or compliance with any law or regulation. Assessment outcomes depend on your own implementation and on the judgement of the assessing organisation, neither of which we control.

The self-assessment

The readiness self-assessment produces an indicative view based on your own answers. It is not an official assessment, it is not verified by anyone, and it does not predict any assessment result. Its accuracy depends entirely on how honestly it is completed. See our disclaimer.

Purchases

Toolkit purchases are processed by our checkout provider, which handles payment, delivery, invoicing and refunds under its own terms. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Toolkit materials are licensed for use within the purchasing organisation. They may not be redistributed, resold or published outside it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the assessment questions, checklist and toolkit materials, is original ISAREADY content and remains our property. Trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners; we use them descriptively and claim no rights in them.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Free resources may change or be withdrawn.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its resources, including any assessment outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
