Cookie notice
Last updated 1 September 2026
We use very few cookies, and nothing beyond the essential category loads until you choose. This page lists what we set, what each category does, and how to change your mind.

Categories
Essential (always on)
Required for the site to function: your consent choice, form security and session continuity in the assessment. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics
Helps us understand which guidance is useful and where people get stuck. Loads Google Analytics only if you accept.
Marketing
Measures which campaigns bring people here. We do not currently run advertising pixels; this category stays available so nothing can be added without your consent.
What we actually set
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
isaready_consent | Cookie (essential) | Stores your cookie choice so we do not ask again and do not load anything you declined. | 180 days |
isaready.session | Local storage (essential) | An anonymous identifier that lets a multi-step assessment be stitched together. Not a cookie, never sent to third parties. | Until you clear site data |
isaready.assessment.draft | Local storage (essential) | Your in-progress assessment answers, so you can close the tab and come back. Cleared when you finish. | Until completion or clearing |
isaready.attribution | Local storage (essential) | First-touch campaign parameters from the URL you arrived on, so we know which guidance brought you here. | Until you clear site data |
__Host-isaready_admin | Cookie (essential) | Administrator session. Only set for logged-in ISAREADY staff. | 8 hours |
_ga, _ga_* | Cookie (analytics) | Google Analytics. Set only if you accept the analytics category, and only where Google Analytics is configured for this deployment. | Up to 24 months |
Marketing
We do not currently run advertising pixels or retargeting tags. The marketing category exists so that nothing of that kind could be added without your explicit consent.
First-party measurement
Independently of cookies, we record anonymous events about how the site is used — for example that an assessment was started. These records carry no name, email or IP address, and we treat them as essential measurement. See our privacy notice.
Blocking cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking the essential cookie means we cannot remember your consent choice, so the banner will appear on each visit. Blocking local storage means your assessment progress will not be saved between visits.
